		<description>It is interesting to see how the advertising language has changed. I can't speak about the ads from the UK or the USA, but in Germany the last decades have brought a remarkable shift away from emphasizing the product's features and benefits in view of its suitability for a certain purpose towards underlining of the additional benefits like success, acknowledgment, social status etc. In retrospective, these vintage ads appear good, honest, upright and unobtrusive (I'd be happy if I could find especially the latter more often these days ...).</description>
