Das große Messer des Koh-I-Noor № 1000 legt die Mine frei und das kleine spitzt sie. Der Unterschied zum M+R 207 besteht darin, dass man das große Messer durch das Langloch verschieben und damit den Spitzer an die Minenstärke anpassen kann.
Very interesting, and very nice restoration! It looks like you could possibly use a number of different replacement blades for it.
Could you share what the dimensions are of the sharpener?
Thank you, Sean. You’re right – especially the long recess will take quite a few different blades. However, I haven’t sharpened the original blades properly yet so I am sure that I will get a much better result than the one in the last photo.
The sharpener is 25 mm long, 20 mm wide and 10 mm thick; the blades are 16.4 mm resp. 19 mm long, 6.8 mm wide and have a thickness of about 0.2 mm.
