Büro-Bleistift

  1. Does it say on the pencil where they’re made? These look very similar to some Cumberland Graphite HB pencils I got from an art shop recently, which had no country of origin on them (I suspect they were made in China). I wonder if they’re the same pencil as the 9850, rebranded accordingly.

  2. Koralatov: No, unfortunately there ist no print on the pencil which tells about the country of manufacture. Of course it could be possible that Mitsubishi get some of their products from an OEM who also works for other companies (however, I haven’t seen the Cumberland pencil yet).

Sean: I am happy to hear that you like this pencil too – with your high standards this is another proof of this pencil’s quality. – Thank you for your words about the last photo. However, it should look a little different but I only had a single chance. I have taken the photos outside, and during the last one it started to rain.
